Are you seeking a peaceful space to explore your emotions and find healing through creativity? Join us for the Tendrils Creative Healing Workshop, where we’ll come together to discover how art, community, and empathy can help us process and release the stress and trauma that weigh on us.
What to expect:
Sound Bath & Meditation: Phim Her will lead us through a calming session of somatic and mindful breathing practices, accompanied by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls.
Therapeutic Art Exercise: Julie Kotler, LCPC, LCPAT, ATR-BC, will guide you through a creative art exercise designed to support emotional expression and healing.
Light Refreshments will be provided.
